www.fortsupport.net is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using
this Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and
disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not

these Terms and Conditions please refrain immediately form you using

Online
Orders Please
review the products
details thoroughly before placing an online order. If you
have
any questions please ask before placing the order.
Payment
Payment for orders that total less than $500.00 is due in full at the
time of the order. Payment terms for orders greater than $500 is 50%
down with the balance due before the finalize design is delivered.
Turn
Times
Standard turn times for website development are 3-4 weeks.
For
logos and other design jobs the standard turn time is 2-3
weeks.
Times will vary depending on work load and delivery of customer
furnished content.
Delivery
Websites will be delivered to the clients hosting services or to the
client via email or FTP at the client’s
discretion. All other designs will be
delivered to
client in four of the following formats per the client’s
request: PDF, PSD, JPEG, PNG, GIF, AI & EPS.
Examples of work
Fort Support may wish to use examples of developmental or final
completed work prepared for the Client as a part of our future
marketing materials. Fort Support will refrain from using the
material at the client’s requeast.
Copyright
Copyright to the design is automatically transferred to the client upon
final payment.
All work supplied by Fort Support is believed to constitute original
work, and is prepared in good faith that it does not infringe the
rights of any other party.
